Inspired by the Four Symbols of China (Blue Dragon, Vermillion Bird, White Tiger and the Black Tortoise), since Flying Get has Chinese influence. Jun is a tabby cat instead of a tiger, tigers are big cats. Don't question Ming's anatomy at all so it's best not to ask. Rin is a kemono-like dragon. Mei looks a bit... ugly... :( I think the other three look fine.
