Alternate version where her hair is blue.
Altaria is one of my favorite Pokemon, I think it's cute.
I don't know what her name would be, maybe Felicity or something. Also Altaria is pretty hard to anthromorphize since its body covered by clouds. So I made the clouds as a neck ring.
